FremantleMedia Enterprises will exclusively represent Sony Pictures Entertainment for brand licensing rights across TV and theatrical properties in Australia and New Zealand. The deal gives FME off-air, brand extension and merchandising rights to Sony Pictures Entertainment’s extensive portfolio, including new and classic film and TV properties.

Under the agreement, FME’s representation will cover promotions, consumer products and live events for upcoming films including The Pirates: A Band of Misfits, Men In Black III, Hotel Transylvania; Sony Pictures Classic titles including Easy Rider and Taxi Driver; and iconic TV shows including “Bewitched,” “Charlie's Angels,” “Fantasy Island,” “I Dream of Jeannie,” “Married With Children,” “The Partridge Family” and “Starsky & Hutch.” FME will also represent the first two Ghostbusters films and The Karate Kid (classic) for consumer products, as well as licensed promotions for the new theatrical release of The Amazing Spider-Man.
