As exclusive fashion partner, key pieces from this year's autumn/winter collection will be showcased on the show's homepage, which will also use an M&S branded video player when the first live show airs in October.
In addition, M&S customers will also have a chance to win tickets for the live final performances. M&S also will have on-screen branding during the show.
"M&S joining forces with 'The X Factor' makes perfect sense," says Steve Sharp, executive director, marketing, at Marks & Spencer. "Styling and fashion is a crucial part of The X Factor journey–for both the contestants and the viewers. We're delighted that our customers will have the chance to share in the excitement too with a chance to win tickets to the live finals at Wembley."
"The ideas that M&S came to us with were really compelling and a great fit for The X Factor brand," says Mark Rosenegk, vice president, U.K. brand partnerships, at FME. "They're an ideal fashion partner and we're looking forward to working with them over the next four months."
