Polin8 will launch an interactive “Olivia Acts Out” eBook from later this month on iTunes, followed by Toy Box's line of Olivia audio books, featuring CDs with storybooks, in April. Also Publications International, Ltd. will launch a collection of branded “Sound” and “Look & Find” books in September.

Global master toy licensee Spin Master will introduce its line of Olivia toys this year, supported by categories including apparel and accessories, DVD’s, publishing, games, puzzles and novelty items. Dedicated presentations of the Olivia collection are planned at retailers such as Toys 'R' Us, Target, Barnes & Noble and Borders.

Rock Paper Pencil will add a stationary line exclusively at Toys ‘R’ Us this spring, when Fruit of the Loom will introduce a line of Olivia packaged underwear. This fall Bakery Craft will add a cake décor line, and Rubie’s will launch regular and deluxe costume lines in time for Halloween 2011. Next year, Headstrom will produce Olivia sports balls, sports toys, and pool toys; and Carson Dellosa will launch a line of themed classroom activities.

“We’re excited to bring innovative product to retail this year and look forward to seeing little girls engage with their favorite character in new ways,” says Bob Traub, senior vice president of licensing for the Americas at Chorion. “The property continues to grow in the U.S. and we look forward to working with new and existing partners in order to take the brand into new categories.”
