Acton Smith is the CEO and founder of Mind Candy, the U.K.-based social online gaming company behind Moshi Monsters, which has nearly 50 million users and a worldwide licensing program. Half of children aged 6-12 in the U.K. have a Moshi Monster, and Mind Candy expects gross retail sales of Moshi Monsters products to be more than $100 million this year.
