JELC, global licensing agent for the Bamforth Postcard Collection, has signed Little Black Dog, Raiseprint, Spike Leisurewear and Spencer & Fleetwood to the Bamforth program. All four companies will present their products at Autumn Fair International

JELC, global licensing agent for the Bamforth Postcard Collection, has signed Little Black Dog, Raiseprint, Spike Leisurewear and Spencer & Fleetwood to the Bamforth program. All four companies will present their products at Autumn Fair International Sept. 4-7 in Birmingham, U.K.

Little Black Dog will showcase its Bamforth bookmarks and coasters; Raiseprint will exhibit metal signs and fridge magnets; Spencer & Fleetwood have created a high-quality gift confectionery line that includes aniseed balls, butterscotch, pear drops and rhubarb and custard; and Spike Leisurewear will show four new t-shirts.

In addition, two more Bamforth partners are working to produce new lines. Charles Glassware will ship its Bamforth pint beer glasses and boxed wine glasses in time for the holiday shopping season. Paladone Products will make a range of giftware, beach ware, kitchen textiles, novelty kitchenware and outdoor living products that will hit stores next year.

"The wit and instantly recognisable style of the Bamforth Collection have clearly struck a strong chord with licensees, retailers and consumers," says Janet Woodward, director of JELC. "We knew from an early stage that the very British charm and cheekiness of Bamforth would be ideal for the gift market in the hands of the right partners."
