WildBrain, Pokémon to Launch Fast Channel on Pluto TV

Additional new WildBrain FAST channels launching on Pluto TV include “Strawberry Shortcake” and “Inspector Gadget.”

WildBrain is partnering with Pluto TV to launch the first-ever single-IP Pokémon FAST channel on Oct. 22. The launch follows the recent announcement of WildBrain’s agreement with The Pokémon Company International to become the only distributor of the single-IP Pokémon FAST channel, with the rights to sell direct advertising inventory for the Pokémon channels through its Media Solutions team. Pluto TV’s channel will provide fans with an accessible and curated stream of episodes across 22 seasons of the iconic original animated “Pokémon” series, featuring Ash Ketchum and his partner Pokémon, Pikachu.

Additionally, Oct. 22 will see the launch of two new FAST channels on Pluto TV, “Strawberry Shortcake & Friends” and “Go Go Gadget!,” centered around WildBrain’s “Strawberry Shortcake” and “Inspector Gadget” brands. The channels will also feature other brands, including “Rainbow Ruby,” “Madeline,” “Ripley’s Believe it or Not!,” “Archie,” “Sonic the Hedgehog” and “Super Mario Brothers.”
