RDF Rights, part of the RDF Media Group, has secured sales and licensing deals for the live-action kids' series, "Yo Gabba Gabba!," produced by The Magic Store and Wildbrain Entertainment.

"Yo Gabba Gabba!" has been licensed to two new broadcasters—EBS in Korea and TV5 in the Philippines. Both broadcasters have taken all three series. "Yo Gabba Gabba!" now airs in 29 territories.

Merchantwise, the agent in Australia, has signed deals with 22 licensees in the territory. In addition, a second "Yo Gabba Gabba!" live show hosted by DJ Lance opens on June 5 in Sydney, followed by Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne. Yo Gabba Gabba! Live!: There's a Party in My City kicked-off in the U.S. in 2009 to sold-out shows. The tour continues its run in the U.S. and internationally. 

In Latin America, Exim Licensing has secured 10 licensees through the territories and will launch the first Yo Gabba Gabba! live experience in Argentina in June 2010.

Empire Multimedia, the appointed agent in Asia, is signing local licensees in the territories where the show now currently broadcasts bringing the live experience to key Asian territories.
