Mediawan and ZAG have unveiled the inception of Miraculous Corp. This joint venture reunites all facets of the “Miraculous” franchise, under the ownership of the two partners (approximately 60% for Mediawan, 40% for ZAG). Jeremy Zag will continue his involvement as a major shareholder and Board member, while overseeing the development and creation of existing and new characters within the franchise.

Miraculous Corp is also the announcement of an unprecedented expansion, ushering in a new era of characters and narratives.

Ladybug's adventures will soon unfold new content around the world, including TV movies, spin-off series with brand new characters and “Miraculous, The Movie 2,” directed by Jeremy Zag, founder and president, ZAG.

Bolstered by a dedicated team, Miraculous Corp aims to embark on a mission to elevate the brand's global footprint, overseeing both creative endeavors and commercial ventures.

“After all these years dedicated to passionately developing the Miraculous universe alongside Thomas Astruc, Nathanaël Bronn, and Sébastien Thibaudeau, this new chapter of our journey with Mediawan will allow us to fulfill our wildest dreams, matching the ambition we have for Miraculous,” says Zag. “We are poised to introduce a groundbreaking universe of superheroes, one that not only captivates audiences worldwide but also champions the principles of girl power and gender equality. This innovative universe will transcend borders, captivating audiences in various forms across the globe.
