King Features Expands the Flash Gordon Universe with Mad Cave Studios

King Features, a unit of Hearst, in partnership with Mad Cave Studios, is expanding the universe of Flash Gordon, through the release of new titles, "Flash Gordon: The Girl from Infinity," "Flash Gordon: Quarterly #2: The Heart of Arboria" and "Flash Gordon Adventures."
The recent franchise expansion underscores King Features' focus on investing in new pop culture content and prioritizing creators while maintaining the integrity of the Flash Gordon character that audiences have come to love.

"Flash Gordon: The Girl from Infinity" is a reimagining of Flash Gordon, written by New York Times-bestseller Marguerite Bennett and illustrated by Bev Johnson. Fans can follow as voyager Dale Arden discovers a shooting star containing a girl named Flash Gordon, Savior of the Universe. But Flash has no memory of who she is, and together, she and Dale must uncover her past, save Dale's family, and rescue the alien planet of Omnia from the clutches of the cruel Emperor Azimuth.
