Heathside Trading has signed a licensing agreement with Wildbrain CPLG to produce a range of "Teletubbies" and "Strawberry Shortcake" toys and collectibles. The collaboration will create a diverse product lineup based on the franchise set to hit the shelves in Q2 2025 across the U.K. and Europe.

The agreement will see Heathside Trading produce various items, including vinyl figures, backpack clips, clip-on plush, trading cards, keychains, luggage tags and more. These products will cater to nostalgic fans and new audiences, continuing the legacy of these classic brands.

"We are very focused on bringing some of the best heritage brands to market, and 'Teletubbies' and 'Strawberry Shortcake' fit that profile," says says Darren Epstein, Heathside Trading. "So many fans grew up in the age of the original release of these properties and now want to explore collecting products from their youth. At Heathside, we want to service this customer base with great licenses and content."

"WildBrain's beloved 'Teletubbies' and Strawberry Shortcake continue gaining momentum as pop culture icons worldwide," says Stacy Scimia, commercial director, UK., WildBrain CPLG. "We're already seeing huge success in China and Asia-Pacific for Teletubbies toys and collectibles aimed at Gen Z and 'Kidults' and for Strawberry Shortcake collectibles in the North American market. As fandom for both brands grows, it's exciting to see consumer demand growing in the U.K. and Europe. We're looking forward to product hitting the shelves next year."
