CAA Brand Management has signed a multiyear agreement to serve as the official licensing agency for Dr. Seuss Enterprises in Latin America.

With offices throughout LATAM, including Brazil and Mexico City, CAA Brand Management will oversee Dr. Seuss Enterprises’ consumer products partnerships throughout the region, in addition to growing the brand’s portfolio into new categories, including apparel and accessories, toys and games, health and beauty and food and beverage. The agency, which has employees and local expertise in more than 20 countries, will access its global network to extend Dr. Seuss’s portfolio through luxury and designer collaborations.

“Our mission at Dr. Seuss Enterprises is to educate and entertain generations around the world,” says Susan Brandt, president, chief executive officer, Dr. Seuss Enterprises. “This significant entry into LATAM is an important step in furthering this goal. We are confident that CAA will be successful in translating our characters, stories and life lessons into meaningful products and collaborations.”

“Dr. Seuss’s beloved stories and characters have delighted people of all ages for many generations,” says Noah Gelbart, president, CAA Brand Management. “We see a tremendous opportunity to further extend the licensed program within the burgeoning LATAM market through the creation and execution of new and innovative storytelling collaborations across the world of Dr. Seuss.”
