Beams International Intros ‘Bluey’ Rollout
“Bluey” products in the food and beverage space are the first to hit retail.
Beams International, a U.K. supplier of food, beverage and lifestyle gifting, has signed a licensing agreement with BBC Studios to produce a selection of gift packs and giftable accessories for “Bluey” in the U.K.
Enhancing family moments and celebrations, including key seasonal events such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas, the range will include make-your-own baking and beverage concepts, keyrings, kitchen textiles and more.
“We couldn’t be more delighted to bring ‘Bluey’ into our portfolio,” says Emma Coote, brands and licensing director, Beams International. “With its broad, multi-generational appeal, ‘Bluey’ is the perfect property to bring newness and innovation to the gifting category. We have already seen an incredibly positive retail response to the brand, in line with ‘Bluey’s’ remarkable global popularity. Beams International is a long-standing licensee of BBC Studios and we are thrilled to be adding another of their properties to our offering. We are working closely with the BBC Studios’ licensing team to develop engaging ‘Bluey’ gifting solutions for a wide variety of occasions and recipients.”
“We are thrilled to be expanding our partnership with Beams International to add ‘Bluey’ food, beverage and lifestyle gifting to their portfolio,” says Nicola Daglish, U.K. licensing manager, BBC Studios. “‘Bluey’ is such a popular family brand globally, and we want to have product ranges that tap into key seasonal moments that bring families together. We are sure Beams’ new ‘Bluey’ ranges will be a hit with kids and their parents across the U.K.”
Beams International’s “Bluey” products are set to hit retail shelves this fall, with a “Bluey” milkshake kit and a “Bluey” hot chocolate set among the first products available to buy.
