The new immersive exhibition will feature more than 100 rare set pieces, artifacts, props and more from the television series.
Exhibit highlights include:
Artifacts such as the original series tricorder, communicator, and phaser, a Borg cube, Klingon disruptor pistol, tribbles and more;
A video booth that allows visitor to reenact a scene from
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
Original story boards, concept drawings, art and scripts; Spaceship models;
A retrospective on “Star Trek’s” impact on society, technology, fashion and more.
The exhibit currently sits in Seattle and will appear in Indianapolis from Feb. 2 – April 7. Early tickets will become available at www.childrensmuseum.org/star-trek in December.
