'Sesame Street' Takes Over LFW

The JimmyPaul collection used design tools inspired by “Sesame Street” to present a collection that honored the show’s 50 years of teaching and delighting kids all around the world.

Difuzed, which develops lifestyle products for gaming, entertainment, fashion, sports and consumer goods brands in EMEA, will be launching a diffusion line of apparel and accessories for women based on the show. The company is working with many famous brands to create clothing and accessories collections featuring characters like Elmo, Oscar and Big Bird.

Bulldog Licensing, which represents “Sesame Street” in the U.K. on behalf of Sesame Workshop, helped broker the deals.

With Sambro on board as master plush partner, and robust sales across soft lines for both adults and kids, Bulldog is looking to expand the “Sesame Street” licensing program further across many categories including toys, gifts, accessories, homewares and stationery.

“For this amazing show, JimmyPaul skillfully adapted the charm, humor and color

of ‘Sesame Street’ to produce a wonderful and stylish collection of outfits that took everyone’s breath away,” says Sole Puerto, creative manager, Bulldog Licensing. “We, and many fans of fashion and ‘Sesame Street,’ are now looking forward to seeing the Difuzed line based on these fabulous creations at retail.”
