Sesame Workshop has launched a new “Sesame Street”-themed streaming TV app in partnership with Vewd, an OTT company, and Kaltura, a video technology provider. 

The new app includes content from all 48 seasons of the series as well as dedicated sections for various characters including Cookie Monster, Elmo and Big Bird and more.

“We’re excited to team with Kaltura and Vewd to accelerate our multi-platform distribution strategy,” says Jenny Gioia, vice president, multiplatform programming, Sesame Workshop. “Working together, we can make ‘Sesame Street’ content available on millions of devices helping kids everywhere grow smarter, stronger and kinder.”

The new app is available for free in the Vewd App Store.
