ROI Visual and Gulli TV have inked an agreement for TV broadcasting and VOD service rights for France at

Brand Licensing Europe

. Additionally, they have signed a licensing partner. 

Gulli TV, which led “Robocar POLI” to success in France from 2012 to 2017, has several new media strategies planned.

Planeta Junior

is also joining as a licensing partner to provide support.
