

Designer, entrepreneur, author and home décor maven McGraw is best known for her "urban farmhouse" aesthetic, which initially gained notoriety from appearances on TV series such as "Operation Style" and "Move Over Martha," as well as on the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Network in the U.S. McGraw focuses much of her work on environmental sustainability through the re-purposing and reclaiming of everyday items that she converts to furniture.
McGraw also owns the Venice, Calif., boutique Tumbleweed & Dandelion, which she opened in 1997. The store has a Hollywood following and incorporates her mantra "reclaim the past to enjoy the future" into all of the pieces it exhibits.
