529 College Savings Plans will sponsor the program via a series of 15-second recognition spots produced by Bozell that will air before and after each episode. The spots will teach families about the tax advantages of 529 plans and the benefits of saving early for a child’s future college education costs.

“Our new partnership with 529 College Savings Plans is a natural fit for ‘Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood,’ which focuses on learning, caring for and sharing with others,” said Paul Siefken, president and chief executive officer, Fred Rogers Productions. “We’re very excited to be working with 529 College Savings Plans and assisting families in getting the information they need to support their children’s education and their future.”

FRP will also provide banners and clickable 529 College Savings Plans logos for the “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood” page on the PBS Parents website and PBS KIDS video players.

In addition to the promotional videos that will air with each episode, FRP will provide banners and clickable 529 College Savings Plans logos for the "Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood" page on the PBS Parents website and PBS KIDS video players, which lead to the 529 website. FRP will also provide 529 College Savings Plans with downloadable activity/information sheets featuring Daniel Tiger.
