“The Crystal Maze” initially aired form 1990-95 and pits contestants against each other as they travel through the Maze. The series returned to television this year. Channel 4 has ordered an additional 12 episodes with six celebrity guest specials.
“'The Crystal Maze' is a zeitgeist brand with a big following amongst a digitally-savvy, millennial audience,” says Rob Corney, managing director, Bulldog. “So there’s huge brand awareness out there amongst a young demographic with money to spend – making this a fantastic licensing opportunity.”
