U.S. Polo Assn. Fetes 125 Years

USPA Properties has unveiled plans for the 125th anniversary of the U.S. Polo Association, the national governing body for the sport.

Exclusive, limited edition 125th anniversary product collections will be available at U.S. Polo Assn. stores and online around the world. Among the products will be a limited edition t-shirt with a special 125th anniversary logo created by designer John Snyder, winner of a design contest that took place in the spring of 2014 in collaboration with Creative Allies.

Other plans include a dedicated 125th anniversary section on the U.S. Polo Assn. global website with news, updates and special announcements, including polo player profiles, a live event feed and a selling link to the exclusive merchandise.

Revenue from the sale of U.S. Polo Assn. merchandise supports a wide range of programs that promote the sport of polo and development of youth players such as Team USPA and the Interscholastic/Intercollegiate Program.

"We are extremely pleased with the success of

the U.S. Polo Assn. brand, assuring continued financial support for the programs of the U.S. Polo Association," says David Cummings, president and chief executive officer, USPA Properties the association's licensing management company. "I am especially proud that our brand is increasingly popular with the younger generation. We congratulate the U.S. Polo Association on 125 years of organizing, promoting and managing this incredible sport that we are all so passionate about."
