The Topps Company, a division of Fanatics Collectibles, has announced plans for MLB All-Star Week including a 2022 Topps MLB All-Star Game NFT Collection sale, on-site exclusive MLB All-Star NFT giveaway and special prizes for engaging with Topps BUNT MLB Card Trader app themed interactives, as well as a post-event collection challenge incorporating results from the All-Star Game presented by Mastercard and T-Mobile Home Run Derby.

“For MLB’s All-Star Week, we wanted to give our fans and collectors multiple ways to participate in the action,” says Tobin Lent, vice president, general manager, Topps digital sports and entertainment, The Topps Company. “Baseball collectibles are in our DNA and each summer we look forward to creating in-person and digital experiences for our growing communities to celebrate their fandom.”

The all-original designs for the All-Star NFT Collection feature California motifs of beach waves, stars, retrowave designs and palm trees to celebrate the game taking place in Los Angeles. Collectors can celebrate the best American and National League players as voted on by fans in phase one of the All-Star voting process.

The 2022 Topps MLB All-Star Game NFT Collection will be available for purchase as weekend festivities commence on July 14 at 1 p.m. EST exclusively on ToppsNFTs.com, with card rarities ranging from Uncommon to Legendary. Later this month, Topps plans to issue an NFT collection challenge, involving this set and incorporating the results from this year’s Home Run Derby and Midsummer Classic. More details on the specifics of the challenges and the special rewards collectors can receive will be announced later this month on ToppsNFTs.com.
