Global soccer icon Ronaldinho Gaúcho has unveiled Manual do Bruxo, an educational platform designed to develop young soccer talent with a fully structured licensing contract framework at its core. The deal was brokered by Fama Licensing.
“Ronaldinho remains the supreme master of the game,” says Fabiano Veronezi, chief executive officer, Fama Licensing and mentor of Manual do Bruxo. “Through this initiative, we aim to unlock the potential of young talents who possess magic in their feet.”
The two-time FIFA World Player of the Year (2004, 2005) channeled his passion and expertise into this new project: Manual do Bruxo, an educational ecosystem set to launch in early 2025. With a career decorated with titles such as the FIFA World Cup (2002) and the UEFA Champions League (2006), Ronaldinho is expanding his influence to inspire the next generation of soccer stars. Manual do Bruxo begins with an online course, offering exclusive insights into the game and providing participants with a rare opportunity to learn directly from the ‘Magician’ himself.
In collaboration with journalist Fernanda Gentil, Ronaldinho will present video lessons focused on creativity, style and technique. Designed to inspire young players, the course delivers comprehensive training in an accessible and entertaining format. Participants will receive step-by-step guidance from Ronaldinho on dribbling, passing, finishing and other essential soccer techniques, complemented by personal stories and lessons from his career.
“For years, I played soccer and achieved unforgettable milestones,” says Ronaldinho Gaúcho. “Manual do Bruxo is my way of giving back to the sport and inspiring the next generation to play with joy and creativity.”
Participants who complete the online modules will have the opportunity to showcase their progress in live trials held in major Brazilian cities. Open to boys and girls aged seven to 25, these trials will evaluate the technical skills acquired during the course. Ronaldinho himself will oversee the final selection phase, offering guidance and motivation to participants.
“This is a family-driven project, developed with love to nurture new soccer talent while sharing Ronaldinho’s incredible journey with fans worldwide,” says Roberto de Assis Moreira, chief executive officer, Assis Moreira Group, Ronaldinho’s brother.
