The three-year deal was brokered by Razor’s licensing agency, Perpetual Licensing.
The first titles will be mobile and social games for iOS, Android and Facebook in early 2014, which will be followed by games for console systems.
“We are excited to partner with Scarab Entertainment and believe they have the right experience and the right team to develop the kind of games Razor fans want to play,” says Katherine Mahoney, vice president of marketing, Razor USA. “Video games are a natural brand evolution for us, and this partnership will help expand the Razor brand into new lifestyle categories.”
