Monster, a manufacturer of headphones and audio/visual accessories, has teamed up with Houston Rockets' player Yao Ming to launch a co-branded line of products this October in China.
The Yao Monster range will include headphones, lifestyle bags and performance glasses, as well as home theater connectivity and power products.
"As more of China's consumers discover high-performance consumer electronics products, there is an opportunity for all of Monster's high-performance accessories," says Noel Lee, Monster founder. "Moreover, China consumers are well known for their intense customer loyalty, so Yao Monster brings a new brand to China based around China's most beloved national hero."
