Authentic Heroes has partnered with IMG's Football Greats Alliance agency to create a line of collectibles inspired by retired NFL athletes.

The national partnership will introduce sports fans to a new line of Football Greats collectible apparel. Each piece in the line will feature inspirational quotes from former players along with creations and historical authentication of game-worn jerseys.

Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre will be the new partnership's inaugural featured player. Authentic Heroes will feature Brett Favre's name, number and likeness in limited-edition fan wear, created by extracting fibers from an on-field, game-worn jersey.

"We are pleased to work with FGA and IMG to connect football’s fan base with their favorite retired players,” says Paul Serbiak, chief executive officer, Authentic Heroes. “Research has shown that people want more of a selection of retired players’ jerseys. Partnering with the FGA will provide unique collectible apparel products to sports fans nationwide, and we’re honored to present them with the opportunity to celebrate these cultural icons.”

IMG launched the FGA in 2016. The agency was built to manage the collective marketing and licensing rights of retired NFL players.
