Head Sport Scores Watch Licensee

Head Sport is entering the watch category in a new, worldwide partnership with Italian manufacturer Aion Time.

Aion Time secures license to create branded digital and analogue watches for the sports equipment brand.

Under the terms of the agreement, Aion Time has created a collection of 10 models that are equally divided in digital watches–which includes more technical functions such as stopwatch, timer, pacer, pedometer, HRM, altimeter, barometer and more–and analogue pieces.

“Head watches have been designed to satisfy both the hunger for competition and the need of leisure time of sport-lovers, both athletes and fans,” says Maurizio Monopoli, marketing manager, Aion Time. “We can’t wait to see customers’ opinions on a project we strongly believe in, thanks to the partnership with Head and to one of the best and most complete collections we’ve ever made.”

The new watch collection is now available online at HeadWatches.com, which recently launched to support the new license agreement.

“We want to be in touch with sport addicts and get the feedback from them and make some special promotion for

them,” says Tony Monopoli, general manager, Head Sport. “We are going to provide the customers with YouTube videos including interactive instructions as well, especially for the digital watches. Even the website has been designed to help in choosing the right models with accurate descriptions of the more technical functions.”
