One Entertainment on board to expand the team’s presence in North America.

DFB-Wirtschaftsdienste, a subsidiary of the German soccer federation Deutscher Fußball-Bund, has appointed One Entertainment to represent the German national soccer team in North America.

One Entertainment will now develop a licensing program in key product categories across the region, with the first product lines expected to launch this Christmas season.

“We are excited to be working with DFB and the German national soccer team,” says Alex Altamirano, managing partner, One Entertainment. “The team is a gold standard for the game and for fans around the world, and we believe it will add significant strength to our current soccer initiatives.”

The German national team is the current FIFA World Champion.

“We are excited to be working with One Entertainment,” says Denni Strich, director, marketing, DFB. “They pioneered soccer licensing in North America and have a strong set of licensees and retail partners working with their soccer program. We are eager to extend the DFB experience to fans in North America.”
