FIFA (the Federation Internationale de Football Association) has appointed Sun City as the apparel licensee for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil in Europe (excluding the U.K.), Russia and Turkey.

Sun City is currently planning a full adult apparel line that will include daywear, nightwear, underwear, accessories and swimwear as well as some category extensions for babies and children such as nightwear and underwear.

The FIFA World Cup is one of the biggest sporting events in the world. The 2010 event in South Africa brought in 3.2 billion TV viewers for its flagship game, representing a total of 46 percent of the world’s population.

In 2014, the World Cup will take place in Brazil beginning June 12, 2014.
