NFLPA’s Q3 sales data shows Tom Brady has reclaimed the No. 1 sales spot.
Brady, who was the top-ranked player at the end of 2015, reclaimed the top spot from Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant, who came in at the No. 3 spot on the list. Bryant had held the No. 1 spot for the first two quarters of 2016 and was the first non-quarterback to reach the top spot. Cowboys teammate and running back Ezekiel Elliott took the No. 2 spot in the rankings behind Brady.
Furthermore, quarterbacks were once again the most popular players on the list, with a total of six finding their way into the top 10. Philadelphia Eagles’ Carson Wentz (No. 5), Seattle Seahawks’ Russel Wilson (No. 6), Green Bay Packers’ Aaron Rodgers (No. 7), Cowboys’ Dak Prescott (No. 8) and Carolina Panthers’ Cam Newton (No. 10) filled in behind Brady.
