SMC Entertainment Group has promoted Lisa Streff to executive vice president of consumer products.
Streff, who joined the company in 2011, will be responsible for overseeing all divisions of the company managing TV and home entertainment, licensing sales and retail development, brand management and marketing, social media and creative services.
In her new role, Streff will be actively seeking and securing new brand acquisitions and partnerships. She will also spearhead the development of brand strategies for SMC shows including “The Jungle book,” “Dance Academy,” “H20 Just Add Water” and two new properties set to be announced later this year.
Under Streff ‘s direction, the company has already signed a lineup of new partners for its Jungle Book brand. New deal product categories include coloring, activity and board books; wood puzzles and games; Band-Aids, first-aid and bath products; candy and candy toppers; inflatable bounce houses; electronic and animatronic plush; talking and basic plush; and inflight entertainment.
