Plans include opening HEAD monobrand stores in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan and exploring the wholesale and online/e-commerce channels with marketplace players like Tmall.
The first store opened on Dec. 31 at Beijing Parkview Green FangCaoDi Shopping Mall. Fully equipped HEAD sportswear stores carry the three major lines: its skiwear line of the brand, sourced partly from the HEAD Sportswear Division at the HQ; the natural functional innovation line; and the leisure lifestyle collection.
A pop-up location opened in Beijing, Xidan Joycity and will remain open until Feb. 12. The third HEAD store recently opened at the Pegasus Watertown Mall in Jiangyin.
The plan is to open other HEAD stores over the coming years and concentrate on the brands' othersuccessful sports like racquet sport lines and general sportswear for running, fitness and yoga, including accessories.
