Warner Bros. has announced the opening The Harry Potter Shop at Harrods in London, a dedicated pop-up retail environment that brings branded products to the iconic department store.

Open through January, the shop is designed to be a Christmas shopping destination. Located on the 3rd floor of the store, it covers over 4,000 square feet and offers shoppers a wide range of Harry Potter products.

Products include prop replicas and collectibles from The Noble Collection and Tonner Doll; toys and games from Lego, Tomy, Hasbro, Winning Moves and She Who Dares; a collection of wizard costumes from Rubies; and the Lego Harry Potter video games.

A collectible video collection, “Harry Potter: The Complete 8-Film Collection” in the Limited Edition Elder Wand Chest, is available only in the U.K. at Harrods, starting Dec. 2, and will retail for £199. The collection contains the complete Harry Potter film collection on 11 Blu-ray TM discs.

Also on display are original props and costumes from the films, including the sword of Gryffindor, broomsticks, Hogwarts school uniforms and the Elder Wand.

Game pods will be set up in-store to allow fans to play "LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4," and, starting Nov. 18, "LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7." Sony will screen Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows-Part 1, and, after its Dec. 2 release, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows–Part 2 in 3D.

Finally, "Warner Bros. Studio Tour London-The Making of Harry Potter" has set up a special installation where visitors can take their photo at the Great Hall and get a sneak peek of what to expect when the U.K.’s newest attraction opens in March 2012.

“As the most successful film franchise in cinema history, Harry Potter enjoys loyal and dedicated fans around the world," says Josh Berger, president and managing director of Warner Bros. Entertainment U.K. "We’re delighted to have partnered with Harrods to create a unique shopping experience that not only captures the essence of the Harry Potter phenomenon, but one that showcases an incredible range of products that will make beloved fans of the series proud.”
