Samsung Electronics has announced plans to open in-store specialty shops at Best Buy locations across the U.S.

The new retail relationship will see Samsung Experience Shops open at more than 1,400 Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile locations by the end of this month, with full roll out at all stores by early summer.

The Samsung Experience Shops will be designed to let consumers experience Samsung’s full range of mobile products. Select Best Buy stores will also feature Samsung Smart Service to help users purchase mobile products on the carrier of their choice, understand their device and support them throughout the lifecycle of their product.

Consumers will have one place to not only explore and learn about our full portfolio of mobile products, but also the support of a Samsung expert to help with selecting and servicing them. This will truly be a unique mobile shopping experience.”

The shops will vary in size, with the largest being approximately 460-square-feet.

Additionally, online sales and support of Samsung mobile products and accessories will be available later in the second quarter.
