How do you approach your role in licensing? 

A. I make changes by looking at innovations and big steps forward for products and processes. 

B. I approach licensing the way I approach business; I focus on people, diversity and accessibility.

How did you make changes to your role in 2022? 

A. I strategized how to implement changes on products and processes. 

B. Listening to my colleagues about how we can include more.  

C. Collaborating with my work team was integral to my role this year. 

D. By scrapping everything I did last year, I was able to start fresh and update protocols.

What is the status of your recent consumer product launch?

A. I am making changes to the product rollout all the time. 

B. We’re adding categories to make our product more inclusive and accessible. 

C.Our current partners have signed on for another year, and we’re adding new partners to the release.

D. We’re scrapping our plans and going in a new direction,

E. This is my first product launch, and I’m looking forward to many more! 

F. The product launch was successful, but I am introducing new opportunities for an extension. 

G. It’s a great start, but I’m looking for more collaborations to build the brand. 

H. I was part of the product launch by promoting it on my social media and would be happy to continue promoting the product rollout.
