Yoto has partnered with Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, expanding its Spanish content to include ten new titles. To align with customer demand and diversify its content library, Yoto offers Spanish digital cards mainly in Latin American Spanish, with some also available in Castilian Spanish.

“Diversity and inclusion within children’s content are imperative, especially through storytelling,” says Ben Drury, chief executive officer, co-founder, Yoto. “We pride ourselves on continually expanding our offerings to match that of our audience, which is why we’ve added these new Spanish titles to our library. With our ever-growing audience, we are committed to ensuring the Yoto library includes a broad range of languages, ethnicities and experiences for families around the world.”

“We are excited to expand our partnership with Yoto to offer some of our most-beloved productions to new children’s audiences around the world, who will be able to enjoy stories of the highest quality in their own language and different regional accents,” says Ángela Álvarez, audiobook director, Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial. “Through Yoto, our audiobooks will help children establish valuable connections with literature and the pleasure of reading.”

To date, 11 physical Spanish cards and 11 digital Spanish cards are available in the Yoto library, with plans to introduce more titles throughout 2023. The current library includes English, French and Spanish.
