Big Idea Entertainment, a subsidiary of DreamWorks Animation, has tapped Storypanda Digital Publishing to bring the Veggiecational book catalog to the iPad.
The collection, which is based on the “VeggieTales” TV brand, includes five educational titles (three of which have already been released). The books cover the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes and telling time, and are available in a special VeggieTales bookshelf app.
Storypanda’s platform lets kids change elements of the books as they read, swapping in different fonts, colors, characters and props.
Storypanda also announced a deal with Peanuts Worldwide late last year.
