Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products and its Russian licensing agent Riki Group have signed the biggest-ever publishing deal in Russia for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The new deal with UMKA, which is the publishing arm of the toys and children’s goods distributor and manufacturer C-Trade, will run through 2015.

Among the publishing products planned under the agreement are coloring and activity books, comics, sound books, storybooks, novelty books, educational titles, calendars, sticker books and scrapbooks.

Initial product is set to launch this month and in September at international retailers as well as children’s and book stores.

C-Trade also licenses Nickelodeon-branded toys in Russia through its toy and games arm, Simbat.
