brand, including its flagship events, will now be under Regent L.P.’s remit.

The deal comes following
Meredith’s acquisition of Time Inc. and its brands last week.
Sunset
was founded in 1898 and has served as a forum for literary giants like Jack London, Dashiell Hammett and Sinclair Lewis. Today, the publication’s coverage spans travel, food, wine, home and garden, and reaches an audience of more than 6.5 million across its digital, print and social platforms.
The publication is also known for its flagship events including the annual Celebration Weekend, which features celebrity chefs, garden tours, wine seminars and stand-alone experiences; the
Sunset
Idea House program, which is set to debut its Palm Springs Idea House in February; Camp
Sunset
, a summer camp-inspired workshop series taught by
Sunset
editors that will launch next year; and the
Sunset
International Wine Competition.
