Italian publishing and media consulting company Plume Studio has tapped French production and finance company 4All Entertainment to develop a merchandising program around the Philip Osbourne titles Elen and Diary of a Nerd.

The agreement will see 4All Entertainment manage a consumer product line that is supported by media and web activities.

4All Entertainment will also oversee the audiovisual rights of both series for film and TV productions.
