Under the multi-year agreement, National Geographic and IF will produce a line of 3D bookmarks and picture playing cards across topics including Amazing Animals, Extraordinary Earth and National Geographic Kids Weird but True! brand.

The line will arrive at retail this spring in North America and internationally. Net proceeds from the sale of the line will support National Geographics exploration, conservation, research and education programs.

“National Geographic has a vast catalog of stunning imagery that provides a perfect backdrop for playing cards, bookmarks and collectables,” says Krista Newberry, vice president, licensing, North America, National Geographic. “The Weird but True! set offers fun trivia for kids and family, while the picture playing cards and 3D

bookmarks are highly collectible for their compelling visuals. We’re excited to work with IF, a principal leader in the gift industry, to share our rich photographic archives with consumers.”
