

Under the terms of the deal, Meredith will lead sales and marketing, circulation, production and other non-editorial functions of
Martha Stewart Living
and
Martha Stewart Weddings
magazines. MSLO editorial team will continue to create the publications' and website's content. Meredith will also assume responsibility for the sales and marketing of both magazines' websites and related assets, including their video library.
Meredith will begin delivering editions starting with the February 2015 issue of
Martha Stewart Living
and the winter 2014 special issue of
Martha Stewart's Real Weddings
.
