Author Mercer Mayer and the character he created, Little Critter, are participating for the first time this year in the Association of American Publisher’s national Get Caught Reading celebrity poster campaign.

This month Mercer Mayer appears in a poster alongside Little Critter as they are “caught reading” an original copy of the book, Little Critter’s The Trip, which recently debuted in e-book form.
