Macmillan Children’s Books will now manage the Dear Zoo consumer products program in-house.
Macmillan has tapped licensing consultant Keith Pashley to oversee brand strategy.
The new program will focus on new retail partnerships, product lines, baby and infant ranges and more that bring the Rod Campbell's characters to life.
“Dear Zoo is a 36-year-old publishing classic loved the world over, and to work with Rod Campbell on the next chapter of its development is a privilege and a pleasure,” says Stephanie Barton, publisher, 0-6, Macmillan Children’s Books.
“From spring 2019, I am very pleased to say that all the Dear Zoo publishing, including the paperback edition, will be at Macmillan Children’s Books, and this is an exciting opportunity for us.
