The daily evening newspaper will now highlight the brand on a weekly basis.
EUROPE–Larkshead Media has teamed up with the London Evening Standard to feature May the Thoughts Be with You, the new publishing property that won the License This! competition at Brand Licensing Europe last year.
Through the agreement, the London Evening Standard will feature the brand every Monday as a regular feature.
“May the Thoughts Be with You has an enormous appeal to many age groups which makes it ideal for a newspaper–as well, of course, as a licensing campaign,” says Clare Piggot, director of licensing and merchandising, Larkshead Media. “Its combination of positive messages, witty drawings and memorable characters will be an amusing, entertaining and above all uplifting way to end Monday and face the rest of the working week for over one-and-a-half-million Londoners.”
May the Thoughts Be with You will also be at Brand Licensing Europe, taking place Oct. 10-12, at stand J14.
