The Joester Loria Group, exclusive global licensing agent for The World of Eric Carle, has brokered a deal with Dophes for Eric Carle infant bedding and room décor in Canada.

The collection of bedding, towels and décor for infants and toddlers will feature graphics and art from Carle’s top-selling Canadian books–The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?

In another soft goods deal, current Canadian partner Snugabye has developed a line of newborn and infant apparel that will launch later this year. The collection of layettes, sleepwear and playwear will feature Carle’s most iconic characters in a series of seasonal lines.

The expanded soft goods program for Carle’s brand in Canada, which also includes Gertex for infant hosiery, complements the line of toys and games from partners Kids Preferred and University Games.
