National Geographic has appointed IMG Licensing to represent its brand in the licensed luggage and travel bags categories.

National Geographic has appointed IMG Licensing to represent its brand in the licensed luggage and travel bags categories.

The multi-year partnership will see IMG develop the international distribution of National Geographic-branded bags, backpacks and luggage outside North America through strategic licensing partnerships.

“When it comes to travel, adventure and exploration, it’s hard to think of a more powerful brand than National Geographic,” says Bruno Maglione, executive vice president and global managing director, IMG Licensing. “The brand’s rich heritage as a pioneer in these areas positions it strongly to take advantage of the growing market for luggage and travel bags.”
