Self Healthy Kitchen will debut at grocers such as Kroger, Stop & Shop, Ralphs and select Whole Foods across the U.S., a first for Conde Nast. The foods will be available in approximately 2,900 stores in 37 states.

“It should be easy to be healthy, and that’s why we’ve created SELF Healthy Kitchen," says Lucy Danziger, editor-in-chief, Self. “Our point of difference is that these meals will be both delicious and good for your body. Health-minded consumers looking for convenient, economical ways to eat better will love every bite.”

The meals will include foods taken from Self’s Drop 10 diet books and weight loss programs and feature eight separate entrees.

“Throughout the years, Self has remained committed to providing consumers with the very best nutrition, health and fitness information,” says Andrea Brent, vice president of licensing, FremantleMedia. “Creating Self Healthy Kitchen is a milestone step in their dedication to provide consumers with the tools they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.”
