Evolution has been appointed as the global licensing agent for the children’s property This One ‘N That One, created by actress Jane Seymour and actor James Keach.

The brand features a set of comical twin kittens based on Seymour and Keach's own twin sons.

Penguin Putnam Books for Young Readers originally published the three-book series. Additional books have been published by Angel Gate, a division of Left Field Ink.

Keach’s PCH Films has now partnered with Cosmic Toast Studios to develop an animated series for launch in fall 2014.

Evolution will unveil This One ‘N That One at the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, Nev., next week and focus initially on plush, apparel, accessories, apps, toys, play-sets, storybooks, coloring and activity books, how-to books and DVDs, with a planned launch date of spring/summer 2014.

“This One ‘N That One is an endearing and engaging children’s property that naturally lends itself to a wide array of licensed products, promotions, technologies and services,” says Travis Rutherford, president, licensing and retail development, Evolution. “In addition to the traditional children’s licensed product lines, we will also be exploring the family and educational categories, which will reinforce the opportunities and challenges of raising twins.”
