Egmont Closes the Book on the U.S.

The company attempted to sell its U.S. division last year, but did not find a buyer. The division opened in 2008.

The last day of operations for the U.S. office was Jan. 31, however the publisher's spring 2015 list will be published and many of its titles will continue to be available via Random House.
