Condé Launches Vanity Fair Channel

Condé Nast Entertainment has launched the new Vanity Fair video channel, featuring original programming inspired by the magazine.

This is the fifth digital video network Condé Nast has launched, with Glamour, GQ, Vogue and Wired channels already up and airing online.

The new Vanity Fair channel launched on Wednesday with four original programs: a celebrity interview show hosted by

Vanity Fair

Senior West Coast Editor Krista Smith; a show based on

Vanity Fair

Contributing Editor David Kamp’s book series

The Snob’s Dictionary

; a docu-series revolving around Manhattan’s most iconic addresses; and an animated “how-to” series.

“Vanity Fair is one of our culture’s most influential brands, and their digital channel will only add to the global conversation sparked by the magazine,” says Dawn Ostroff, president, Condé Nast Entertainment. “The channel takes the fabric of

Vanity Fair

and spins it into something fresh and new for the digital age.”

The new programming will appear on both the new Vanity

Fair video site and the magazine’s YouTube channel.
